
This 30 minute routine, a set of curve creating exercises, has been exclusively developed by No.1 Bootcamp, with music from AudioFuel, to target the three main areas of the body and to help you embrace and make the most of your curves.
Whatever your fitness level and no matter what shape you are, these exercises are designed to help you achieve your desired silhouette. We'll be doing some curve creating moves that will sculpt your thighs, shape your waist and add definition to your glutes.
